1. Scope
This policy applies to purchases of products operated by VCTS VAULT, LLC, including SmartZone Pro Sniper, Drop, and Gellum, unless a product’s own terms say otherwise. If a product-specific agreement conflicts with this page, the product-specific terms control for that product.
2. How to request a refund
Send a request to [email protected] from the email address associated with the purchase or account. Include:
- The product name.
- The order, license, or account identifier.
- The date of the purchase, if you have it.
- A short description of the reason for the request.
We typically reply within one to two business days.
3. Review
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approval is not automatic. We may ask for additional information needed to confirm the purchase and the account.
4. Digital licenses
SmartZone Pro Sniper is a digital indicator. If a refund is approved, the related license may be revoked, and further use of that license is not permitted.
5. Drop
Drop is a peer-to-peer transfer tool. If a paid plan or add-on is offered, refund requests for that plan follow this policy. File transfers themselves are not a purchased item and are not refundable.
6. Gellum
Gellum services may be covered by a separate customer agreement. Where that agreement includes its own refund, cancellation, or notice terms, those terms apply instead of this page.
7. After a refund
If a refund is issued, it is returned through the original payment method when that method is available. Processing time depends on the provider that handled the original transaction. Access to the refunded product or license may end when the refund is approved.
8. Chargebacks
If you open a dispute with your payment provider, we may pause the related account or license while the dispute is open, so that we can match the record to the original purchase.
9. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
